Hair must be washed & detangled. OR you can make add ons for the hairstylist to do so.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE cancel 24-48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. For any reason, if you're running late, please call or text 518-818-9809 & notify the hairstylist. Arriving after 15 minutes & your appointment has not been cancelled, will result in a $15 late fee. If you still have not arrived and it is now at the 20 minute mark or after, your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment or you made a mistake, notify the hairstylist & they will make the change for you. DO NOT make another appointment. DO NOT BRING OTHER GUESTS.
