  • IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL CANCEL OR REBOOK YOUR  APPOINTMENT.... PLEASE & THANK YOU!!! 

  • A $25 deposit is required to hold your appointment. That deposit also goes towards the price of the service. Without your deposit, the appointment is not guaranteed & open for someone else to book

  • For ALL BRAID STYLES, BRAIDING HAIR IS INCLUDED!!! For sew ins, crochet, ponytails, hair must be provided by the client. 

  • PLEASE NOTIFY the stylist if youre going to be late 

  • YOUR HAIR MUST BE BLOW OUT!! THOROUGHLY COMBED, NO CURLS, NO BRAIDS, NO PRODUCTS!!!!

  • DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE STYLIST THE CONDITION OF YOUR HAIR. 

  • IF I am able to still accept your appointment at OR after 15 minutes, it is a $15 late fee

  • If you still have not arrived & it is now at the 20 minute mark OR after, the appointment is canceled, your deposit is forfeited & you will need rebook with a new deposit.

  • IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT & YOU NEED TO REBOOK or YOU BOOKED THE WRONG DAY/TIME. DO NOT MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. contact the stylist & they will the make change for you 

  • A no call-no show, will result in your deposit being forfeited.

  • There are NO SAME DAY appointments.

  • PLEASE cancel 24-48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment.

  • Canceling the day of your appointment, will result to you NOT receiving a refund

  • PLEASE DO NOT BRING OTHER GUESTS W/ YOU unless they have an appointment. Parents are more than welcomed to leave their child if you are comfortable or you can sit with them.
